1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Some items such as software, digital products, or opened hygiene-related electronics (e.g., earbuds) cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process

- Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and the nearest return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if the item hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
